Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Auction Specialist to manage and participate in procurement auctions for refurbished electronics. This position is commission-based, with earnings directly tied to the volume and profitability of successful auctions. The ideal candidate will have experience in auction bidding, analyzing market trends, and negotiating competitive deals while maintaining high levels of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

–  Research and identify auction opportunities for laptops and other electronic devices.
–  Analyze market trends and bidding history to develop effective auction strategies.
–  Actively participate in live auctions (online) to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
–  Build and maintain relationships with auction houses, suppliers, and vendors.
–  Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of procured products.
–  Prepare detailed reports on auction activities, wins, and cost analysis for the management team.
–  Ensure compliance with company standards and ethical procurement practices.

Requirements:

–  Proven experience in auctions, procurement, or a similar field.
–  Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
–  Familiarity with online auction platforms and processes.
–  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
–  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
–  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

This role is commission-based, with a competitive percentage paid per successful auction secured.
The more successful the auction and the profit generated, the higher the commission.
