Position Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. This role offers a monthly base pay of $100, with additional compensation tied to measurable success in achieving growth, engagement, and lead generation goals.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with company goals.
* Manage daily posting and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
* Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products, offers, and campaigns.
* Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and integrate them into our strategy.
* Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
* Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly and professionally.
* Build partnerships with influencers and online communities to expand brand reach.

Compensation Structure:
* Base Pay: $100 per month (minimum guaranteed).
* Performance-Based Incentives:
* Follower Growth Bonus: Additional compensation for achieving follower growth milestones (e.g., $20 for every 1,000 new followers).
* Engagement Rate Bonus: Incentives for maintaining or exceeding a 10% engagement rate across platforms.
* Lead Generation Bonus: Additional payment for generating qualified leads or inquiries (e.g., $10 per lead).
* Content Performance Bonus: Bonuses tied to the success of specific campaigns or viral content.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
* Strong writing and visual content creation skills.
* Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and data.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
